Dudhsagar waterfall is the precious gem on the diadem of Goa. This cascading waterfall is elegantly located on the Western Ghats and is interestingly fringed by the emerald tropical forests. It comes under the most enchanting natural wonders of Goa. Dudhsagar waterfalls come under top 100 highest waterfalls and naturally stand as country’s tallest waterfalls.
Dudhsagar waterfalls has christened as Dudhsagar because this tiered waterfall looks like streams of milk cascading down the mountainside. The water gushes forth from a monumental height creates a large amount of foam which gives it an appearance of milk enigmatically rushing amidst the lush green surroundings.
The sheer natural splendor around these enigmatic falls beautifies the place fascinatingly. The thick foliage, multihued butterflies, beautiful birds, and serene ambiance interestingly decorate the place. During your visit to Dudhsagar falls we take you to the village of Collem where Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary has been situated. The off road journey commences here. We’ll travel towards the fall, on the jeep, exploring the sanctuary en route. Mean while you can bathe in the holding pools and catch the wilds in action.
Further you’ll enjoy the journey on foot. During the whole course of your journey, you’ll be accompanied with our tour escort. A good and suitable pair of shoes is required for this part of the journey towards the falls.
Concluding the foot journey at the end of the forest we’ll head to a spice garden for traditional buffet lunch. After which we stop for clicking some photographs with the elephants no extra charge would be needed for that. If you want you can also take a short ride on these elephants which will take extra charges.
