The park forms the core of the Kanha Tiger Reserve in 1974 under Project Tiger and was incorporated in the year 1955.

Jim Corbett is an ideal National; park which is highly popular for its elephant Safari. The park is one of the dense forests where the animals’ can see in its any location in natural beauty.
