Indian Embassy in Warsaw, Poland

The relation between Indian Embassy in Warsaw, Poland and the Embassy of Poland in Warsaw was established during the Prime Ministership of Jawaharlal Nehru in 1954 however, the Indian Embassy in Poland was opened in 1957. It was during the period of Jawaharlal Nehru that the Indo-Polish Agreement on Cultural Cooperation was signed to improve the diplomatic relation between the Indian Embassy and the Embassy of Poland. Recently, many high level visits between India and Poland have been taken place in the areas of tourism, science and technology which also deepened the bilateral ties between the Embassy of India and Embassy of Poland.
