The early days were tough for Sanjay and Ashish, with limited funds and long nights filled with uncertainty. They gave everything—financially, emotionally, and physically—to build Culture Holidays. Their hard work paid off, and the company thrived, expanding to four offices with a loyal clientele. But just as success seemed secure, challenges emerged, threatening their dream.

The Fall: From Success

At first, success seemed unstoppable—until the unthinkable happened. Bold growth decisions spiraled into a financial nightmare. Mounting debt and unsustainable expansion forced Sanjay and Ashish to sell their offices, symbols of their hard work. Sleepless nights turned into desperate efforts to salvage their dream, but with creditors at their door, they faced the heartbreaking reality: Culture Holidays might not survive. Their world crumbled as their cherished dream slipped away.

Rock Bottom: When the
Darkness Consumed

There were nights when they couldn’t sleep, consumed by thoughts of what they had lost. Sanjay would sit in the dark, wondering if their dream had been nothing but a mistake. Ashish couldn’t shake the pain of seeing their families suffer because of the choices they had made. They were broke—not just financially, but emotionally. Every day felt like a battle against despair, a constant reminder of what they had lost. And yet, in the depths of their pain, a tiny spark of hope remained.

Rebuilding from Within

This was their second chance, a meaningful creation for travelers and themselves.The response was overwhelming. Agents booked groups, and travelers returned with stories of life-changing experiences. Demand grew, leading them to expand to other destinations, all crafted with the same purpose: transforming lives through travel. For the first time in years, hope returned. The dream they thought was lost was rebuilt with greater passion, purpose, and success than they ever imagined. Their greatest hardship became the foundation of their most powerful strength.

With 120 dedicated staff members and more than 30,000 travel agents registered across the globe, the brothers’ journey of transformation is far from over. They needed to empower the very people who helped bring their mission to life—the travel agents.
With this in mind, Culture Holidays introduced tools and resources to help agents succeed. From custom flyers and personalized websites to detailed itineraries and life-changing training sessions, they gave agents everything they needed to thrive. They didn’t just want agents to sell trips; they wanted them to be part of a movement—a movement to create change, growth, and connection.
