Day 01 - Arrival Delhi

Arrival at Delhi airport, meet & assist by our representative. Later transfer to hotel.
Night stay in Delhi.

Day 02 - Delhi sightseeing

After the breakfast, guide will be meet you at the hotel lobby. Pick up from hotel and start Old & New Delhi sightseeing:
OLD DELHI - A sight-seeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India.
You will enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride at Chandni Chowk. More evidences of the ancient times that once existed in old Delhi can be found out by winding through the labyrinthine lanes of Chandni Chowk in a rickshaw. The pleasure associated with the rickshaw ride your itinerary here is ultimate. The rickshaw pullers here take you on a ride through various routes, offering you a different experience all together.
NEW DELHI - An extensive sight-seeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Bangla Sahib spiritual place for Sikh religious, and a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, and the President's Residence and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave.
Night stay in Delhi.

Day 03 - Delhi-Agra by surface (220 km, 3-4 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Agra. Arrive Agra and transfer to your hotel for check in. Later start sightseeing of Agra.
Agra fort - the rusty and majestic red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna and the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566. At the Diwan-I-Khas (hall of private audience) where marble pavilions with floral inlays lend an ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded Peacock Throne and met foreign ambassadors and rulers of friendly kingdoms.
After sightseeing you will have free to time do shopping at local markets. Later tranfser to hotel. Night stay in Agra.

Day 4 - Agra-Delhi (220 km, 3-4 hrs)

At sunrise visit the magnificentTaj Mahal - one of the Seven wonders of the World surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife. A ride on Tonga upto Taj is sheer fun and frolic all through.
(Taj Mahal is Closed on Friday)
Back to hotel, after breakfast drive to Delhi.
Arrive Delhi and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Night stay in Delhi.

Day 5 - Delhi-Cochin by flight

Morning transfer to airport to board flight to Cochin.
Cochin, A port town since early centuries, Cochin attracted traders and invaders from the world over. Cochin offers some fascinating snippets of history and culture. Also known as the spice coast of India.
Arrive Cochin. Meet & assist at the airport & transfer to hotel.
Later pick up from hotel and visit Chinese Fishing Nets, this unique style of huge cantilevered fishing nets was erected between 1350 and 1450 AD by traders from the Court of Kubla Khan, a Chinese King.
Evening Witness Kathakali the famous dance drama of Kerala. This dance is characterized by some great story telling, amazing costumes and extensive make-up. Start early to see the artist preparing themselves for the show (5 PM). Watch in detail the ritual worth seeing hour long process of make-up as part of our daily KATHAKALI performance. After the Performance, you will have a unique opportunity to take photographs along with the artists in colorful costumes as a souvenir. Entire performance will be supported with commentary in English.
Back to hotel. Night stay in Cochin.

Day 6 - Cochin-Munnar (140 km, 4 hrs)

After breakfast drive to munnar a hill station located 1600 metres above sea level. Once the summer resort of the erstwhile British administration in South India it still retains its colonial charm and is famous for its tea plantations, most of which are privately owned. With its sprawling estates, rolling hills, sparkling waterfalls, picture postcard hamlets and undulating valleys, Munnar is an ideal get-away destination.
Arrive Munnar and transfer to hotel.
Rest of the day at lesure.
Night stay in Munnar.

Day 7 - Munnar

After breakfast, get ready to explore Munnar.
Munnar tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lust green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population tkulao far from pollution, most of the covered by Tata tea. Also the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam, Indo Swiss project; you can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional).Later back to hotel.
Night stay in Munnar.

Day 8 - Munnar-Kumarakom (150 km, 4-5 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Kumarakom.
Kumarakom is also one of the enchanting backwater regions of Kerala. The labyrinthine network of rivers, canals, streams and lagoons which form the famed backwaters offer stunning views and is an ideal place to relax. Kumarakom, a bird sanctuary located on the banks of the backwaters and renowned for its varied avian population.
Local varieties such as Waterfowls, Cuckoos and Owls, as well as the migratory Siberian Cranes can be viewed here.
Excursion to the bird sanctuary and (optional) boat ride to the nearby village through lagoons.Night stay in Kumarakom.

Day 9 - Kumarakom - Alleppey (Houseboat)

After breakfast leave to Alleppey by surface. On Arrival embark on your private houseboat and cruise on the Backwaters, a splendid area full of canals, lakes and coves. Your houseboats or ‘Kettuvalloms’ are luxurious boats with well-appointed bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. You can sunbathe on the deck or observe the palm fringed landscape from your cabins. Apart from the mesmerizing surroundings it’s the life along the coast that adds a touch of exotica to this experience. The locals’ travel in canoes and you will find vegetable sellers, fishermen and other traders bringing household goods, door to door in small wooden boats. As you cruise along the backwaters you can ask your captain to stop at villages, paddy fields and other places, enroute.
Overnight on board. (Full Board ).

Day 10 - Alleppey-Cochin (86 km, 3 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Cochin, arrive Cochin and transfer to airport to board yoru onward flight to back home.
End of trip.
